I'm nearly certain that instead of trying to update Monkey to 64-bit, that what Line 6 is going to do is going to make it so Line 6 Updater supports the Variax. Line 6 has continued to support it only because there are a few hardware SKUs that still use it, the Variax being one of them. The original Workbench is 32-bit only, and will not.Īs far as Monkey, it's ancient software at this point. I expected much better after spending so much money. They say that they are working on it but I doubt that they are being truthful. They have no problem selling you their products but will leave you hanging when your equipment is basically non functional for what you would like to use it for. Line 6 apparently could care less because this has been an issue for a very long time and they have done nothing to correct this issue. Nope! The hardware is working just fine but Workbench and Monkey will not work with Catalina and there's nothing I can do about it. I bought a brand new Macbook Pro, Variax and Helix Native thinking I would be good to go and ready to play. Launch Install macOS Public Beta app, if it's not launched already.Same problem here.If it doesn't, or if you prefer to do it later, you open Install macOS Public Beta at any time via Spotlight or Launchpad, or from the Application folder in the Finder. The macOS public beta installer will automatically open when it's downloaded. How to install the macOS Catalina public beta You can check the status in the Software Updates preference pane of System Preferences. The public beta update can take a long time to finish downloading, depending on the size. Then, open System Preferences and click the Software Updates pane. If the latest public beta does not appear on the Updates list, restart your Mac. After the software has been downloaded, your Mac will automatically restart. Click Update to download and install the public beta software. When the installer is finished downloading, System Preferences will automatically open to the Software Updates section.
